Shipping policy

All orders will ship within 1 week of order being placed, unless otherwise stated on website or we contact you directly about something different. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay. We are currently running a flat shipping rate cost of $7 per order, this is subject to change in future. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
